We are a non-profit organization run by VOLUNTEER board members, managers and coaches who provide the youth of the area the opportunity to participate in the sports of TBall, Baseball, Fast Pitch Softball, Cheerleading, Football and Basketball.

Election Meeting
When: Tuesday, Noveember 21, 2017
Where: Garden City Police Station Meeting Room
Time: 7pm
The elections will start at 7pm SHARP.
You must be in attendance at this time in order to vote.
If you are late, you will not be allowed to vote.

We will be electing a new Vice President and Treasurer for the years of 2018-2019. You must have attended 3 meetings between January and October in order to be eligible to vote. If you are unsure of your voting eligibility, you may contact Kyle at

**Basketball Update**


Reminder there is a wait list for 3/4 grade as it is FULL. If you would like to be on the list, please email We will use the date and time stamp on received emails to fill any openings that become available.

5/6 grade - There are a couple remaining spots.
Spots will be filled first come, first serve. 

7/8 grade - We have a handful of spots available.
Those spots will be filled first come, first serve as well.

GCYAA Basketball Evaluation Dates
If your son/daughter is in 3rd Grade
Monday, November 20th from 6:45-7:30 p.m.

If your son/daughter is in 4th Grade
Monday, November 20th from 7:45-8:30 p.m.

If your son/daughter is in 5th Grade 
Monday, November 13th from 7-7:45 p.m.

If your son/daughter is in 6th Grade 
Monday, November 13th from 8-8:45 p.m.

If your son/daughter is in 7th Grade 
Tuesday, November 14th from 6-7:15 p.m.

If your son/daughter is in 8th Grade 
Tuesday, November 14th from 7:30-8:45 p.m.

Parents – Feel free to drop your kids off once you get them checked in. Be sure to pick them up promptly at scheduled end time. If you are staying to watch, you need to sit in the bleachers on the side court. PLAYERS ONLY are to use the bleachers at the ends of the court and ONLY PLAYERS are allowed on the court. Thank you for your cooperation.

*Players must have a form on file in order to participate in Evaluations and Practices*

Required for Coaches and GCYAA officials

*Coaches must have this completed by the day of your scheduled draft*

Moeller Field

       For safety and sanitary reasons, please refrain from bringing your pets to the fields. 
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.       

Please Note for Moeller Field:
Smoking is NOT ALLOWED at any GCYAA event 
(practices, games, etc.). 
This includes all umpires, coaches, parents, family
and friends watching the games.
NO SMOKING is allowed on or nearby the playing field, 
the dugouts, or spectator areas.
Please adhere to this long-standing GCYAA rule
for the safety of all of our players,
coaches, and spectators. 
Violaters will be asked to leave
the area if they are smoking.



You need to be careful when parking near Moeller Field 6
at the intersection of Moeller & Block.
 You must avoid parking on the lawns of houses nearby.
You also must park 15 feet away from a fire hydrant,
30 feet away from a stop sign,
and do not park within the intersection.
